Like every year in December, Pitter Patter and Zama organised a graduation party for the kids. We contributed with gifts such as a backpack, books, and a lunch box.  Now they are perfectly equipped and ready for primary school. We wish the kids the very best for their future!

In October, we organized a large clothing collection campaign and had not expected such a large amount of clothes and toys! Thank you so much for these donations! Gianna, Mauro and Vanessa spent a whole day sorting the items and getting them ready for dispatch. In total, we sent 31 parcels to our partner schools in Dunoon, which arrived just one month later. On March 25, we will be sending clothes again - this time we are looking for winter clothes.

Once again this year, we were able to collect donations for Saam at the Future Masters golf tournament in Bad Ragaz. There was a raffle and the proceeds from the ticket sales were donated to us. Thanks to the members of the golf club, we raised around CHF 4,000! The project for which we will use these donations is still in the development phase - coming soon! Update October 2022 text

After the charity run in May, we met with the principal Thulani from our partner school Zama Educare to find out how we could best support the school with the collected donations as a first step. As with Pitter Patter, Zama also had no sanitary facilities, which is why it quickly became clear that we would like to use some of the donations to address this problem. On May 1st our fundraising run for supporting our partner schools in Dunoon started. The goal was to reach 13,000 km together with all of you by May 31. This 13’000 km were symbolically chosen for the approximate geographical distance between Liechtenstein and Cape Town. We were well aware that this was an ambitious goal, but we strongly believed that we could do it! Because many things often seem impossible until someone has done it. In February 2022, we received a donation of old jerseys and cuffs from Gams Football Club. Gianna was able to prepare 4 packages and send them to Dunoon! The parcels finally arrived at the beginning of April and the joy was huge! The shirts are a bit big, but the children still love them! At Chantel's request, some of the shirts were then given to the local Dunoon football team! They had a tournament and were so well equipped!

In October and November 2021 we received once again a lot of clothes and toys from generous donors. Gianna and Mauro packed them all in boxes, weighed them, and sent them by post to Pitter Patter. After about 2 months the packages have finally arrived at the school! For us it is always so enjoyable to see how we can bring joy to the children’s daily life! The kids’ smile also puts a smile on our faces and we can’t wait to pack and send new packages soon!
